THE DAY OF THE BEAST 1995 d. Alex De La Iglesia
A priest's studies of ancient writings determines that the anti-christ will be born on Christmas night in Madrid. In order to summon the beast, the priest must take part in sin and blasphemy. Who better to help in both categories than a metal head working in a local record store? This metal head is well versed in backwards messages and air drums and is pretty stoked on the antichrist. More help is summoned as a hoax paranormal television host is thrown into the mix. This movie is so damned hilarious it's insane, and to top it off the costumes and animatronics are also great.

CURSE OF THE QUEERWOLF 1988 d. Mark Pirro
After getting bit in the ass by a dickenthrope disguised as a transvestite Larry become uber femme whenever the Full moon is out. His wrist goes limp, his face gets all dolled up and a hankerchief grows out of his back pocket. Larry has strange dreams, and deals monthly with a savage fury of glitter bombs. Mark Pirro is simply fantastic at REAL tongue in cheek humor and cultural satire. The concoction of ragging on meat head masculinity and the outright hilarity of drag all while being somewhat sensitive to both sides is simply remarkable. Everything is hilarious and everyone can learn from it all.

NORMAN, IS THAT YOU? 1976 d. George Schlatter
This movie is insane!! A comedy dealing with the gay sexual revolution in the 70's with Red Fox as a homophobe dad? Ben Chambers is in a midlife crisis as his wife is leaving him for his brother. Wrecked in the head he flies out to visit his son in posh Hollywood. Soon noticing his son is looking completely fabulous, his decor is to die for, and velvet is everywhere, Ben assumes it's just the fancy ass Hollywood lifestyle. His son has the most flamboyant white room mate ever who just won't leave and seems to share the same room!?!? Discovering that his son is a pris, Ben buys him a hooker and tries relieving him from this whole "gay" thang. Throughout the movie it's a tug of war of Ben trying to convert his son to the clam side and away from all the sausages and Ben coming to terms with his son's natural identity. Homophobia and putting things into perspective of progress have never been funnier.

VIOLENT SHIT 2 1992 d. Andreas Schnaas
Not just a horror gore film, but an outright black humor comedy above all else. Karl the Butcher Jr. takes his rage from his messed up mother and the death of his father into the woods butchering anyone who enters. Throughout all of his bloody escapades there is but one thing you can count on, the fucked up commentary and comments from Karl himself. Black humor bleeds from the screen like the maroon filled baths of Elizebeth Bathory. Karl pulverizes everything in his path including P.C. garbage, sensitivity, kindness and anything else reeking of purity and roses. Let your funny bone be tickled by a jack-hammer, let yourself view Violent Shit 2!
